We finally bought a house! We only had to look at 50! before we decided on one. Actually, we saw this particular house for the first time about 25 houses ago. We really loved it at that point, but we weren't able to come to an agreement with the sellers, so we moved on. Since then, the sellers lowered the price because the house still wasn't selling. We still loved it, so we decided to make another offer. Happily for us, this time we were able to come to an agreement with the seller. We close on April 15th which is really soon, but I am so excited. we only unpacked around 2/3 of our stuff when we moved here, so I won't have to pack as much as I have in the past.
This is the kitchen and it is one of my favorite things. I love to cook and I can't wait to cook here.

The breakfast bar and the back yard. There is a "common area", well, I call it a bike/jogging/walking path right behind the fence and between our house and the houses behind us so it's nice because it gives us a little bit more space behind.

Wow, you guys! YOUR house is really beautiful! I am so excited for you. That is a real grown up looking house. Some home owners have fixer uppers. Yours is gorgeous how it is!
