Today I sat down to use the bathroom and everything was going fine until I realized that I didn't have any toilet paper. Luckily Sophia was home. She is getting older and getting better at taking direction so I thought that she could get me some toilet paper. We have all the toilet paper in Jane's "room", which she usually isn't allowed to play in because it doubles as a storage room and I don't want her playing in there. When I told her to go into there and get me the toilet paper she first told me that she couldn't go in there, (good girl). After a few minutes of coaxing, I could hear her go into Jane's room, but she came back out and said that she couldn't find any. I wasn't too surprised because it is really packed in there. So then I told her to go into the other bathroom and get me some. Easy enough I thought. She seems to have no problem going in there and playing with it when I tell her that I don't want her too. Of course, this time, while I'm sitting on the toilet stranded, she can't seem to find it. I was getting a little bit agitated with her and I kept saying, "Sophia, it's on the wall, by the toilet!" Finally she says to me, very sympathetically, "oh honey, you can use pretend toilet paper." Pretend toilet paper, I'll have to remember that one for the future.

That is awesome!
Oh honey, cant you just pretend to drip dry?
So funny! You have the best stories!
I'll remember "pretend toilet paper" when I'm in Honduras and forget to bring my own.
