Baby Jane Girl
Jane had her 1 year check up this morning. She is not a happy camper right now because she got 5 shots. I gave her some medicine when we got home so hopefully she will be in a better mood when she wakes up from her nap. She is so LITTLE! She weighted 17 pounds. I guess she hasn't even gained 1 pound since her last well child check over 4 months ago. The doctor wasn't super thrilled about that, but Jane is chunkier than Sophia ever was so I'm not really that worked up about it. She was in the 3% for her weight, and the 30% for height. This is especially funny to me because Sophia has always been in the 98% for height and the 70-90s% for her weight. (That would vary from check to check). If their measurements stay consistent throughout their lives, then Sophia is going to be the tall sister and Jane will be the shorter of the two. Their is a bonus to this, they won't be able to share shoes and clothes if they aren't the same size. From what I hear about sister that are only a year of so apart, them not being able to share shoes and clothes will save all of us a lot of headaches when they are teenagers because it will be one less (major) thing for them to fight about.

Don't worry, girls can always find something else to fight about. If not, I'll help them come up with something. It's what I do, I'm a giver.
I would have to argue that point. I have a sister 20 months older than me and one 26 months younger than me and the only down side to the clothes thing is when the older one moves out and takes half of the clothes you bought together. You end up getting a HUGE wardrobe. I loved it. You will have to put up what she weighs. Is a new carseat in the near future?
