My 2 little "helpers". More like taste testers even when they aren't supposed to be testing. I swear, I have this fear that one day one of them is going to be so bent on trying the batter that they are going to stick their hand in the Kitchen Aid while it is running.
He requested Cake Batter ice cream which is a new fav of his. I am a bit smug about this because years ago, I used to get cake batter ice cream from Coldstone all the time and he always scoffed at me saying that it was gross. But now, fast forward 5 years and bam! It is all that he wants.
Unfortunately for all of us after going to 3 different stores all I could find was low fat cake batter ice cream.
But don't feel to bad for our thighs because they more than made up for it with this frosting that has a whopping 4 sticks of butter! Yum!
