Today was Jeff's 30th birthday. He can't believe that he is 30. It's funny, because yesterday, while I was out buying him his present. (I got him a BYU hat that he has been talking about wanting to get for a few years), I wasn't sure what size to get him. I was going to sneak a peek at his old hat that he wears so that I could see what size it was, but then he had taken it with him to work that day so I couldn't. I was kind of thinking about the sizing and the clerk asked me how old he (Jeff) was. (Would that have helped me find the right size?) That's when I actually said it out loud, that he was going to be 30. I thought it was funny because I sort of stuttered when I said it and I really realized that that was how old he was. I don't know, maybe you had to be there, or, be me to actually think that it was funny.
Once again, our resident "little helper" was right there to help out as we got the cake and candles ready. Before we were going to light the candles, she had taken them for safe keeping. Then she couldn't find them or remember where she had put them. Luckily we found them after only a few minutes.

So Jeff, your ancient! (:
Looks like Sophia didn't get confused with whose birthday it was. It's so funny when she wants to always eat the cake. Sarah, did you make or buy it?
Happy Birthday Jeff!
It is so funny that 30 sounds old...it seems like everyone else was always 30, and now we are approaching it! Happy Birthday, Jeff!
Are you guys coming here for any holidays??
Yes, I am ooooold. And we are coming up to Seattle at Christmas.
Jeff, I have the same kind of BYU hat, and it has won me a lot of football games. BYU's only lost a few games whilst I've been wearing the hat. I was wearing it in Vegas when they blocked UCLA's field goal attempt to win the Vegas Bowl. Too bad I wore only my BYU shirt, and not the hat for the Utah game. Yes, it is my fault.
In related news, my BYU hat helped our softball team go 21-1 this year. I think Jack's Pack could use a few BYU hats.
